Physical Description

Height: 5'9 (1.76 m)
Appearance: Mysterious cowboy with mid-length black hair and a stubble beard, russet brown eyes and tan skin.

Outfit

A simple cream t-shirt and black jeans with a brown leather trench coat on top, brown combat boots with the vault symbol on the soles (they leave a super cool footprint), a red bandana around his neck that he uses as a face mask sometimes, a necklace with a small glass jar pendant with a bullet-sized piece of eridium inside and his lucky redish-brown cowboy hat, he wears a brown fingerless leather glove on his right hand and a double wrap brown leather bracelet on his left wrist (lots of leather, I know, and he’s not even related to Nisha lol)

Personality

Unusually chill and laid back for a mercenary, murder and danger are just a part of the job for him and not something he particularly enjoys or seeks out without a reason, that doesn't mean he can't have a bit of fun while bounty hunting or pick a fight just for the thrill of it from time to time.
He may appear cold and indifferent at first, but he actually has a soft side he's not particularly interested in hiding once you get to know him, he's not afraid of being emotional or expressing his feelings.
He might be nice, but he's no pushover by any means, what you give is what you get, so as long as you're cool there won't be any problems, try to take advantage of him and face the consequences.
He gained his nickname due to his inconsistent instensity while fighting, he might give his foes a chance if he's in the mood for a fight, or he might kill them before they even have a chance to aim at him if he just wants to get things over with, that's why going after him is considered a gamble.
